Designed to empower those from disadvantaged and excluded backgrounds as well as those with intellectual and mental health problems, the Helping R.O.S.E. Foundation is pleased to offer the Empowering the Future Youth Scholarship. This scholarship reflects our goal to help people seeking higher education financially so promoting equality and opportunity. Everyone, regardless of background or ability, should, in our opinion, have access to education and the possibility to significantly benefit society. By means of this scholarship, we hope to empower the next generation of leaders, professionals, and changemakers, so removing obstacles and funding a better future for our societies.

Our History
Founded in 2024, The Helping R.O.S.E. Foundation was established with the vision of creating meaningful opportunities for individuals in underserved and underrepresented communities. Recognizing the barriers many face, especially financial challenges, we sought to build a platform to support their academic aspirations. Our commitment to inclusivity and empowerment has driven us to launch the Empowering the Future Youth Scholarship to make the dream of higher education more attainable for all.

Our Scholarship Program
The Empowering the Future Youth Scholarship is open to everyone, with a focus on individuals from underserved and underrepresented communities, including those with intellectual and mental health disabilities. Our goal is to remove financial barriers to education and inspire recipients to give back to their communities. Applicants are not required to meet any GPA requirements but must complete 8 hours of community service and submit an essay detailing why they deserve the scholarship. Through this program, we aim to empower individuals to pursue their educational goals while fostering a spirit of community service and resilience.
Empowering the Future Youth Scholarship
The Empowering the Future Youth Scholarship is designed to support individuals pursuing higher education or career training. Below are the specific requirements and details:
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be applying to or currently enrolled in one of the following:
- Community college
- Four-year college or university
- Technical or trade school
Community Service Requirement
- Applicants must complete a minimum of 8 hours of community service in their local community.
Essay Submission
- Applicants must write an essay explaining:
- Why they are applying for the scholarship
- How receiving the scholarship would help them achieve their educational or career goals
No Grade Requirement
- Academic grades will not be considered as part of the scholarship application process.
Scholarship Amount
- The scholarship provides $1,500 for the fall semester and $1,500 for the spring semester, totaling $3,000 for the academic year.
- The scholarship amount is subject to change based on available funding.
Application Process
- All required materials, including proof of community service and the essay, must be submitted by the application deadline to be considered for the scholarship.
